The new all-electric Mercedes-Benz CLA has been introduced with a starting price of around ₹55 lakh (ex-showroom), making it one of the most exciting premium EV launches of the year. The biggest highlight of this sleek electric sedan is its impressive driving range of up to 792 km (WLTP) on a single charge, which is among the highest in its segment.
Fast Charging Advantage
The CLA Electric uses an 800-volt architecture, allowing extremely quick charging. Under ideal conditions, the car can add up to 400 km of range in just about 20 minutes using a fast charger and that is incredible as this will allow the vehicle to be used for long distance travel rather than just city use.

Design & Technology
The car keeps the sporty four-door coupe style that the CLA series is known for, but now with futuristic EV touches such as:
- Illuminated front grille
- Flush door handles
- AMG-style sporty design elements
- Advanced MBUX infotainment system with AI-based features
The interior focuses heavily on digital tech and luxury, making it one of the most advanced compact luxury EV sedans.
